I heard about your dear friend Luke. If you have been following the news, you should be aware of what has been happening in Anders. The violent home invasions are only a small part of the problem. You may have heard of a few warehouse fires and bombings over the last couple of months. Well, these attacks were targets towards me and my operations. This group, whoever they are, has moved their reign of terror from residential break-ins to a full-time assault against me and my people.

I figure you will do whatever it takes to help your friend find his assailants. And I, too, want to know the identity of these gentlemen. All you have to do is continue your investigation and share whatever information you have with me. If you take on this endeavor for me, I'm willing to make a deal with you. If you succeed, I will consider Gavin and Kyle's debt forgiven. There will no longer be a war by my hand in Settlement Island.

If we enter into this arrangement together, you cannot tell anyone about our acquaintance. I trust you understand my need to remain anonymous. By working with me, you are putting yourself in incredible danger, no matter where you are. It is for your safety that you remain faithful to our deal. If now, there will be dire consequences.
